TOGUS - Raymond C. LePage 73 aka “Ray of Sunshine” passed away peacefully on September 10, 2012 at the Veterans Hospital in Togus. He was born in Lewiston July 7, 1939 the son of Levis & Yvonne (Lafleur) LePage. Formerly of Auburn Maine & New Haven CT. Graduate of Edward Little High School, entered the National Guard & obtained an Engineering Degree, served in Air Force 1955-1959 theatre of operation Okinawa/Guam, receiving an Honorable Discharge. Upon discharge of the service his career started as a Foreman in a steel mill in Branford CT. He then joined the Railroad in New Haven, CT. retiring after 30 years of service. Raymond was a member of the VFW; he enjoyed gardening, fishing, swimming, & hunting. His greatest joy was spending quality time with his Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren. He was blessed with three wonderful Children Debi, Carl, & Gregory. He was Grandfather to Rebeckah, Troy, Joseph & Joshua and awaiting the birth of his fifth Grandchild which is due in March. He was especially proud of his three Great Grandchildren Cassaundra, Zachary & Kayla. . He is survived by his Children Debi (Bernard) Burgess, Carl (Kelli) LePage, Gregory (Truc) LePage, his Grandchildren Rebeckah (Nathan) LeDuc, Troy Burgess, Joseph & Joshua Ortiz, Great Grandchildren Cassaundra, Zachary, & Kayla LeDuc all of Connecticut. He is also survived by a Sister Jeanne Jones, Brother Ronald LePage, mother of his children Patricia Cichon, Special Uncle Robert Lafleur, longtime companion Judy Morin, sister-in-law Michaelene LePage as well as several nieces, nephews & cousins. He was predeceased by his Parents Levis & Yvonne LePage, Brothers Henry, Paul, & Daniel LePage, Daughter-in-law Lee LePage LEPAGE DIED IN Togus, September 10, 2012, Mr. Raymond C. LePage age 73 years a resident of Leeds. Funeral services honoring Raymond’s life will be held MONDAY 11:00AM at the funeral home followed by military honors. Private burial will be held at St. Peter's Cemetery Family and friends are invited to visit Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the DILLINGHAM & SON MEMORIAL CHAPEL 62 Spring St., Auburn, 784-6449
