Diane I. Tardif
March 22, 1950 - August 31, 2015
AUBURN- Diane I. Tardif, 65, of Sabattus died on Monday August 31, 2015 at the Hospice House of Androscoggin following a long illness. She was born in Lewiston, Maine on March 22, 1950 the daughter of the late Henry and Priscilla (Beaulieu) Chasse and had been a resident of this community all of her life. She was educated in Lewiston schools and was a graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School Class of 1968. She was employed in the billing department at McKesson for many years. Diane enjoyed camping, attending fairs and dining out. She was an avid Patriots and Maine Black Bears fan. She was really appreciative and thankful for the Dempsey Center. She is survived by her husband Edward Tardif whom she married on June 12, 1971 of Sabattus; two daughters Vicki Holland and her husband Lee of Acton, Massachusetts and Laura Tardif and her boyfriend Jonathan Ruppart of Summerville, Massachusetts; a granddaughter Elise Holland of Acton, Massachusetts; and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass honoring Diane’s life will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Church. Committal services will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Those wishing may make donations in Diane’s memory to the Dempsey Center 29 Lowell Street, Lewiston, Maine 04240.
